All mares must have a recent coggins test that accompanies them to the farm.

Board rates: Barren Mares $10.00/day, mares with a foal $12.00/day, yearly rate $12.00/day. Any other fees are extra and will be charged for.
The following terms and conditions apply:
Neither Mac Lilley Farms nor its agents employees shall be liable for any injury, disease, disability or death to any horse from any cause while in the custody of Mac Lilley Farms Limited. The signed owner specifically assents to these conditions and waives all claims. Mac Lilley Farms Limited reserves the right to test any mare for infection or breeding soundness at the owners expense. All accounts for the mares are due and payable at the time of the mare's departure. Mac Lilley Farms Limited may at their discretion refuse to release the mare and foal.

The service/stud fee is due and payable 30 days after the mare foals. (A live foal is one that is able to stand and nurse).

If the mare is sold after being bred, the service/stud fee becomes due and must be paid prior to the sale, or arrangements must be made with Mac Lilley Farms Limited concerning the sale. Mac Lilley Farms Limited will not issue mating certificates to owners of outstanding accounts.
